Join our fitness program today to get you TrekPrepped and ready to hike!

We offer a subscription membership for all levels of fitness for everyone who wants to get ready to get out in nature and explore.

​

Your hiking adventures will be more enjoyable with a higher level of fitness and injury prevention greatly reduced by correct training and strengthening of the right muscles.

​

Your individual program will be provided by a qualified trainer and each week will build on the last.

​

Our program is based on 3 principles:

  1. Strength - building the right muscles for hiking

  2. Endurance - increasing your endurance to enable you to hike further

  3. Trek Building - increasing your hiking distance and weight carried in preparation for the real deal

            Strength

 

Building strength in the correct muscles for hiking will improve your enjoyment and assist in injury prevention.

            Endurance

 

Increasing your endurance will enable you to hike longer distances with a heavier pack and open more trail opens to you.

            Trek Building

 

Although Strength and Endurance are important, nothing beats building up your trek power by increasing both the distances you train over and the weight you load in your pack.
